How to make a change or cancel my order?

 

-When your order has a status of “Created”, you can update your shipping address or cancel the order in the App. Note: 1. The items of your order are not editable. 2. Due to taxing, you are not allowed to update your address to another province. Please contact our Customer Service in any way of your choice.

-When your order has a status of “Processing”, you cannot update your shipping address or cancel the order in the App. If you need any help/update on your order, please contact our customer service.
